No Refunds Policy
Please note that all registration fees are non-refundable. Once payment is made, cancellations will not be eligible for any refund. We encourage you to confirm your availability before completing your registration.
Registration Policy
- All registration fees paid for TGASICON 2026 are non-refundable.
- Cancellation requests will not result in any refund of the registration amount.
- Workshop fees, if applicable, are also non-refundable.
- Please ensure your availability before registering for the conference.
Special Circumstances
In case of any genuine issues or exceptional circumstances, you may contact the Organizing Committee directly. Each case will be reviewed individually, and any decision made by the committee will be final.
Note: Contacting the committee does not guarantee any refund or exception. The committee reserves the right to make decisions on a case-by-case basis.
Transfer of Registration
If you are unable to attend, you may request to transfer your registration to another eligible person. Transfer requests must be made at least 7 days before the event by contacting the Organizing Committee. A nominal transfer fee may apply.
Event Cancellation by Organizers
In the unlikely event that TGASICON 2026 is cancelled by the organizers due to unforeseen circumstances (force majeure, natural disasters, etc.), registered participants will be notified and appropriate arrangements will be made. The organizers are not responsible for any travel or accommodation costs incurred by participants.
