Oral / Paper Presentation

12 minutes total (including Q&A)

  • Use the official Paper template above
  • Maximum 10 slides, including the title slide
  • Sections: Title, Introduction, Aim, Methods, Results, Conclusion, References
  • Arial font; main body text minimum 24 pt
  • All images, graphs, tables & figures high-resolution and clearly visible
  • Format: .pptx or .pdf • Maximum file size 4 MB

E-Poster Presentation

Single slide • 2 minute presentation • 12 Sep 2026, 08:00–10:00 AM

  • Use the official Poster template above (single slide)
  • Sections: Title, Authors, Introduction, Methods, Results, Conclusion
  • Arial font throughout
  • Title minimum 72 pt • Body text minimum 28 pt
  • Images, graphs, tables & figures at 300 DPI (high resolution)
  • Format: .pptx or .pdf • Maximum file size 4 MB
  • Presentation time: 2 minutes per e-poster
  • Presented on 12 Sep 2026, 08:00–10:00 AM — report to your allotted Poster Area
  • Posters are displayed in batches of 50, in order of the allotted poster numbers
  • Certificates are issued immediately after your presentation at the Poster Area

  • • All presenters must complete registration and payment before the conference
  • • Accepted abstracts require a final presentation upload (registration must be confirmed)
  • • Abstracts will be rejected if guidelines are not followed
  • • The Scientific Committee reserves the right to accept/reject any submission
